• Covenant Village of Cromwell to Renovate Commons Area beginning in August.
  Excitement abounds as residents and staff look forward to the beautiful, updated results of a complete refurbishment of the common area of their community.  Among the multiple improvements, more dining venues will be offered as well be offered as well as a lovely new area to accommodate resident and staff gatherings.  The renovation is expected to be completed by spring.

• Its an exciting time at Covenant Village of Cromwell!  In late Fall they debuted their new project called Hillcrest.  Hillcrest is a new 3.5-acre neighborhood that will include a 56,000-square-foot, three-story apartment building and 10 duplex-style residences.  The variety of floor plans will offer up to 1,800 square-feet of living space and feature details such as gas fireplaces, lofts and walk-out basements.  Click here and here for renderings of the new neighborhood.
  
  
  
  The Priority Choice Program has already begun for Hillcrest.  This program offers interested applicants the opportunity to be among the first to select a residence and unit floor plans in the new construction.  For more information about joining the Priority Choice Program, please call 860.635.2690.
